Dr. David Jefferson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Grambling
Black and Gold Foundation, Inc. is President and Chief Executive Officer
of JNET Communications, LLC, a cable services holding company that includes
among its families of companies Vitel Communications Corp. and ServiCom
LLC. Dr. Jefferson is a 1971 graduate of Grambling State University with
a B.S. degree in Accounting. He earned a Master’s degree in Business
Administration - Marketing and Finance from the University of Dayton,
a Juris Doctor from Capital University and a Master of Divinity from Drew
University. Dr. Jefferson was also awarded a fellowship to attend the
prestigious “Sloan Fellows Program” at the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology, where he earned a Master of Science in Management.
