Dr. Horace A. Judson

Dr. Horace A. Judson, President of Grambling State University, assumed this position on July, 2004. Prior to coming to GSU, Dr. Judson served nine and one-half years as President of Plattsburgh State University of New York. He earned his A.B. degree in Chemistry from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and his doctoral degree in Physical Organic Chemistry from Cornell University in New York.
