Dr. Cuthbert O. Simpkins

Dr. C. O. Simpkins. is a dentist in private practice in Shreveport, LA. His undergraduate degrees are from Wiley College and Tennessee State University. He earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Simpkins is a member of several professional societies and civic boards and councils.
